Villa Cappelletta is a stunning large family villa directly lakefront with a luxuriously green and flat garden along the lake's edge. The garden has a private swimming dock as well as a “limonaia” lemon grove with fresh lemons and citrus trees. Located in the San Giacomo district of Gargnano, about 2km from the town centre, the villa enjoys extraordinary climate and south sun exposure that this part of the lake is famous for, as well as breathtaking views across the lake to the mountains on the other side.

The villa sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms (5 with air conditioning), many with lake view and doors onto the balconies and terraces. The common areas are spacious and bright, with dining tables and lounge areas for 12+, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated relax room with a delicious hammam/sauna room. The outside areas are also fully furnished, with dining table and chairs for 12+, and outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, and sun loungers along the waterfront.

The town of Gargnano, with a ferryboat port and marina, is about 2km along the flat lakeside. A city steeped in history and charm, the town has a plethora of quaint small local shops and restaurants. Though only a small village, Gargnano boasts not one, but two Michelin star restaurants: Villa Feltrinelli and Tartugha. And for less formal nights out, there are a number of excellent restaurants and pizzerias, as well as small local charcuteries and shops.
