  • Bedrooms: Sleeps 15 people in 7 bedrooms: on the first floor spacious master bedroom (about 22sqm) with double bed and 2 single armchair/beds with beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. On the upper floor there are 6 rooms in two different areas: the main house area with 2 double rooms with lake view (one also with balcony); and the attic area, 4 rooms including: a single room, a room with two singles that can become double, a room with two single beds, and a double room, all rooms with lake view.
  • Bathrooms: 6 bathrooms (4 complete and two powder rooms toilet only), new and with prestige fittings. There is a powder room on the ground floor and another on the first floor, an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with shower, 3 bathrooms on the second floor with shower and one with bath.
  • Kitchen: New kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including American (side by side) fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
  • Dining Room: Bright dining room surrounded by windows, seats 16 people.

Historic Period Villa with Splendid Lake views, private park, AC, close to the beach and all services

Villa Fiordisole is a beautiful historic villa with typical and traditional Italian flavour. The villa has stunning lake views and is just a few hundred meters from the beaches and services of Barbarano, Salò. The villa was completely renovated in 2017 with all new interiors that combine the traditional italian style with new modern convenience. The villa is surrounded by a large terraced private park overlooking the lake, for maximum exclusivity, privacy and quiet just steps from the life of town and the lake.

The villa is built on three levels: on the ground floor there is the entrance atrium as well as a play room, a reading room and studio and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large new, well-equipped kitchen, a bright and panoramic living room with smart TV and a dining room surrounded by windows. Also on this floor you will find a service bathroom, a spacious master bedroom witha beautiful lake view terrace, and a new en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms. All rooms are furnished tastefully with a mixture of beautiful selected antiques combined with new modern comfort. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, in the dining room and in the games room and Wifi throughout. Enjoy the beautiful gardens and park, eating al fresco on summer evenings on the external porch with barbecue area and dining table.

During the months of July and August the owners have also made available 4 prepaid sunloungers (inclusive of sun beds and umbrellas) at the nearby Rimbazello centre which allows daily access to their fantastic lakeside beach area and large 18m swimming pool, extensive sports and leisure facilities. Rimbazello is about 5 minutes’ walk from the villa. Additional individual access passes are priced starting from Euro 6.5 and there is free entrance for children younger than 3 years


Full hands-on luxury service, including professional cleaning, hotel quality linens & towels and concierge service is provided by Holiday-Garda. All of our villas are stocked with starting supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper, napkins, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. The villa is located a few steps from the beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars, etc. (500m), near the "Rimbalzello" a beachfront center with restaurant, tennis courts, swimming pool and beach. Just 1.5 km from the center of Salò. A wonderful place for a holiday, Salò is the perfect balance between a small town and a city. It has characteristic cobblestone streets and beautiful old world architecture, with everything within walking distance. It also has all the services and shows you would expect in a city, including theater, museums, historical attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and more. Its lakefront promenade is the longest in Italy, and you can walk along the lake with beaches on one side and cafes, restaurants, bars and exquisite small shops and designer stores.
