  • Outdoor Kitchen: in the outdoor eating area and near the entrance to the indoor kitchen, with new built in gas barbecue.

Lake front villa with breathtaking lake views, large private pool, beautiful large private garden with children's play area, kayaks for guest use, and direct access to the beach via private gate. The Villa is in a perfect location, very private and tranquil, but just 150m walk down the beach to the port with its restaurants and ferry dock, and just 500m to the village with shops and more restaurants and services. You can easily stay here without needing a car.

The villa is about 160sqm, and sleeps 10 in 5 small bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The living room has large floor to ceiling glass walls open to the stunning views, an open dining area and TV sitting room. There is a small but fully equipped galley kitchen, a furnished portico area outside for sunbathing and outside living, and an equipped built-in outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue by the outdoor eating area. The upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned, and the bathrooms were redecorated in 2018. A ping pong table on the front porch for extra fun. The villa was built in the 1970s, and though older it is well maintained and ideal as a comfortable family holiday home.

150m down the beach, the Port of Portese is a quaint marina, with full ferry services to all other ports on the lake and beautiful public beaches with shading trees and public toilets, showers and changing areas. There are two excellent restaurants with a bar and gelateria in the port. The beach and port look across the gulf of salo onto the majestic slopes of the Monte Spino and Monte Pizzocolo, above Salò, for a breathtaking combination of mountain and lake view.

About 500m away, the village of Portese is tiny, medieval, and absolutely charming. There are 2 excellent restaurants/Pizzerias, a few good bars, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a deli "salumeria" for meats and cheeses, and a small butcher with fresh bread and veg. Right in the center of the village is the winery "le Chiesure" which you can visit, and has tours and tastings as well, and produces some of the finest Garda Classico, Gropello, and Rose' of the region. About 1.5km away is the larger village of San Felice, again with a few excellent restaurants, bars, and pizzerias, as well as post office and town hall, and 3km down the road are you are in downtown Salò.
