  • Rooms: 6 sleeps in 4 well-equipped, bright and spacious rooms. On the ground floor there is a room with a view of the lake and pool and direct access to the garden, with a double bed and private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all bright, well furnished and with wonderful lake views, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a 130x190 bed sharing a spacious bathroom.
  • Bathrooms: There are 4 bathrooms. All bathrooms are functional and modern, with spacious showers and carefully finished. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one serves the living area, the second belongs to the bedroom with a spacious shower. On the first floor there is an en-suite bathroom with shower for the master bedroom and another bathroom with shower for the two single bedrooms.
  • Kitchen: On the ground floor there is a modern, spacious kitchen with every comfort, fully equipped with large and small appliances, including coffee machine, Nespresso cappuccino machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Stove, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. There is a new gas grill outside. On the second floor there is a small kitchen with bar area that serves the terrace and relaxation area overlooking the lake to enjoy unforgettable moments with every comfort.
  • Indoor and outdoor dining: On the ground floor there is a spacious dining area overlooking the pool. The external dining area is connected to the internal kitchen, offers lake views and is sheltered by the terrace equipped with a comfortable table for 8 people.
