  • Bedrooms: 12 beds in 6 rooms: on the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms overlooking the park with fans (no ac), on the second floor there are two spacious and very bright double bedrooms with panoramic lake view, ac and en-suite bathroom.
  • Bathrooms: total of 6 simple and functional bathrooms with shower, 2 en-suite on the second floor, 2 on the first floor and two on the ground floor connected to the laundry.
  • Kitchen: A comfortable kitchen on the ground floor equipped with all the main and minor appliances, in the barbecue area under the porch there is a new kitchen wall, comfortable and ideal for enjoying unforgettable evenings with friends.
  • Indoor/Outdoor Dining: Spacious dining area with kitchen featuring a table for 10-12 people. Flat screen TV with digital cable and astra satellite connection. Outside there is a beautiful porch that can accommodate up to 18 people, a large and suggestive fireplace for barbecues, a comfortable kitchen wall to be able to cook comfortably outside and a new large gas barbecue. The Villa measures approximately 230 square meters and is the optimal solution for a stay in company but with the comfort and privacy you desire.
A house with a fairytale flavor, recently renovated, it has kept its history alive by enhancing the exposed stone, the ancient terracotta floors and the wooden ceilings.
Composed of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and an internal and an external kitchen, lake view from some bedrooms and from some areas of the park.
Ideal for a wonderful family holiday, the villa has a swimming pool set on a shared terrace and a large porch, fireplace and kitchen.
The park is shared with a pond, is completely fenced and pet friendly.
There are shared areas such as the parking lot, the park, the porch and the swimming pool, these areas are shared with a maximum of 6 people (maximum number of guests who can rent the two adjacent studio apartments in Sweet Gran Pardiso).

Villa Sweet Gran Paradiso is located just 5 minutes by car from Gargnano and Toscolano Maderno, nestled in the village of Cecina, within walking distance there are two restaurants and a grocery store.
A wonderful place for a holiday, it is the perfect balance between the tranquility of a village and the special services of a city, with characteristic cobbled streets and fine architecture.
