Gran Paradiso One is a unique place with a bucolic atmosphere, here you can experien-ce a truly relaxing holiday by immersing yourself in the typical nature of these hills a sto-ne's throw from the lake. The apartment measures approximately 40sqm, is very bright and has a beautiful view of the park, you can also see a corner of the lake, it has an in-dependent entrance and a private terrace furnished with table and chairs.
The apartment is part of a property with a fairytale flavor, recently renovated and has kept its history alive by enhancing the exposed stone, the ancient terracotta floors and the wooden ceilings.
Ideal for a wonderful family holiday, the apartment has a swimming pool set on a terrace and a large porch with fireplace that can accommodate up to 18 people, these parts are shared with the other two apartments of the villa.

Gran Paradiso is located just 5 minutes by car from Gargnano and Toscolano Maderno, nestled in the village of Cecina, within easy walking distance there are two restaurants and a grocery store.
A wonderful place for a holiday, it is the perfect balance between the tranquility of a villa-ge and the special services of a city, with characteristic cobbled streets and fine architec-ture.
Summer shows, museums, historical attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and supermar-kets, nightlife and music and much more. Along the lakefront of Toscolano Maderno there are wide beaches on one side and cafés, restaurants, bars and quaint shops on the other.
